Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at GHS Saili, under complex GSSS Aura, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba. She has preferred a representation on 28.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) to the competent authority, seeking transfer to a suitable station on account of her physically disabled son and other family circumstances. Petitioner’s grievance is that her aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today.
