3. It is being pointed out that the petitioner’s first degree cousin Anil Madhav Dasare possesses a certificate of validity issued in the year 2010.
4. The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance enquiry is still to be completed and the committee would decide the proposal within a period of six months.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/committee to decide the proposal within four months by exploring the possibility of the petitioner being called upon to file a response/adopt response filed by Anil Madhav Dasare in his own matter with the vigilance enquiry report.
