The petitioner would submit that she is employed as a Lecturer in Sairam Engineering College, Tambaram and is residing at her father's house at Tambaram. The petitioner's daughter is a school going child. OP.No.2911 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Family Court, Chennai as a result of which the petitioner has to attend each and every hearings, which she finds very difficult as she has to travel from Tambaram to the Family Court, Chennai. The respondent has not taken steps to maintain the child or the wife.
