The applicant through this petition has prayed for extension of time, Page No.# 2/2 allowing him to appear before the Investigating Officer. It is submitted that the applicant was granted interim bail vide the order of this Court dated 18.02.2025 in connection with AB No. 374/2025 to appear before the Investigating Officer within 10 (Ten) days. 3. The applicant was unable to appear as he was suffering from health conditions. 4. Heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 5. Considering all aspects, interlocutory application is allowed. The applicant is hereby allowed two weeks time from today to appear before the Investigating Officer. 6.
