Learned standing counsel has raised preliminary objection and submitted that against the impugned order, petitioner is having remedy to file appeal before next higher authority under Section 20 of The Uttar Pradesh Police officers of the subordinate rank (punishment and appeal) rules, 1991 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent has not served the petitioner impugned order, therefore, she was not able to file appeal. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 4 to provide copy of impugned order to petitioner within one week from the date of production of certified copy of this order and further, in case petitioner files appeal against the impugned order within two weeks thereafter, same shall not be rejected on delay and laches, but decided on merits maximum within a period of six weeks thereafter in accordance with law and facts of the case.
