ORDER 19.02.2026 This petition by the Union Government seeks to call in question the Central Administrative Tribunal’s order dated 25.08.2025 entered in OP-Employee’s O.A. No.260/00294 of 2022, whereby relief has been accorded vide Paragraph-6, which reads as under: “6. ....Hence, the order modifying/withdrawing the GP Rs. 5400/- granted to the applicant towards 3rd financial upgradation under MACP is hereby quashed. The recovery, if any, made from the salary of the applicant consequent upon the withdrawal/modification is to be refunded to the applicant and the applicant is entitled to the consequential benefits upon restoration of GP Rs. 5400/-. The entire excise as directed above shall be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” p. 2 2. The subject matter of this petition is substantially similar to the one in W.P.(C) No.35395 of 2025 disposed off by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026, wherein challenge to an order of the kind has been negatived. In the above circumstances, on the principle of parity, this appeal also meets the same fate, costs having been made easy.
