HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14536 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Lal, learned counsel for the respondent. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the charge-sheet dated 26.5.2023 on the ground that petitioner had already retired on 31st January, 2022 and matter relates to the period when petitioner was not posted at the relevant station .
