The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue An order or direction directing the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut to decide the original suit No.504 of 2015 (Smt Jahida and another Vs Mohammad Umar and others) pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut within some stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned suit is pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.7, District Meerut to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eighteen months from the date of production Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Satyam Narayan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
