Act, Police Station Dhoomanganj, District-Allahabad (Prayagraj), (Hariom Pandey Versus Lalvesh Singh), pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Allahabad (Prayagraj), within short stipulated period. 4. Learned State Law Officer has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application is being disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings in terms of Sub-Section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act after hearing the parties with most expedition herein subject to the cooperation and any legal impediment.
