Though the learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition seeking quashing of FIR, however, he has restricted the relief to the extent of directing the Station House Officer to follow the procedure prescribed under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “BNSS”). 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor stated that he has no objection to give such a direction. 5. This Criminal Petition is disposed off by directing the Station House Officer, Darsi Police Station, Prakasam District, to comply with the provisions of Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “BNSS”), for the purpose of the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2025.
