By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramnagar to expedite disposal of his application for mutation. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramangar to consider petitioner’s application and pass appropriate order, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
