Raghunandan Rao) The present Writ Appeal has been filed against an Order of the Learned Single Judge of erstwhile High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, dated 30.11.2010, in W.P.No.29697 of 2010. 2. It is represented that both the appellant as well as the private respondent who had initiated the Writ Petition had passed away. As the issue raised in the present controversy is the appointment of a correspondent to a 2 private school, the same would abate in as much as the rights claimed in the present litigation are personal rights which do not enure to the benefit of the Lrs. 3.
