This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(I) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 Sub Divisional Officer Maudaha, District Hamirpur, first to register the application under Section 38 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 dated 4.1.2025 moved by petitioner (contained in Annexure No.2 to writ petition) and then decide the same expeditiously, preferably within the time frame, specify by this Hon'ble Court;" 2. It is contended that petitioner had moved an application under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 04.01.2025, but the authorities are not registering the same. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for getting the said application register and decide the same expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Officer Maudaha, District Hamirpur to register the application filed by petitioner under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 forthwith and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, with a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, . 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
