The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 366-A, 376, 109, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and under Sections 4, 6, 17, 21 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Palamau. 3. The petitioner is acquaintance of co-accused Amresh Bharti who is alleged to have raped the daughter of the informant. It is alleged that Amresh Bharti had taken the daughter of the informant and confined her in his house and thereafter, raped her. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Amresh Bharti has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 2293 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Palamau in connection with Hussainabad P.S.
