Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 24 prosecution witnesses have already been examined by the trial Court, hence, he prays that the present revision be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter, thus, the present petition is dismissed. 5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
