The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- " Direct the Additional District Judge/ F.T.C. Court No.1 Varanasi to decide the case No. 17 of 2020 (Deepu Charan Das Vs. Jawahar Das) filed by the petitioner before the Additional District Judge/ F.T.C. Court No.1, Varanasi." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that SCC suit filed on behalf of petitioner/ landlord is pending since 13.10.2020. He further placed the copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Additional District Judge/ F.T.C.
