Present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.08.2023 whereby the evidence of the plaintiff-petitioner has been closed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that given one effective opportunity, the plaintiff-petitioner would conclude his evidence. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if one opportunity is granted to the plaintiff-petitioner to conclude his evidence. 4. In view of the above, the impugned order dated 31.08.2023 is set aside and the present revision petition stands allowed. The plaintiff- petitioner is granted one opportunity to conclude his evidence. The Trial court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 5. Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
