In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition at this stage. However, the necessary orders considering the case of the petitioner as per Rules, as has been stated by learned State Counsel, will be passed within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if the representation/appeal if any preferred by the petitioner. Petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the termination of the petitioner’s service/contract vide order dated 28.08.2025 shall remain in abeyance until the final decision on the aforesaid representation/appeal.
