Present petition has been preferred for willful and deliberate disobedience and non compliance of status quo order dated 29.08.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Jalalabad passed in Civil Suit No. 487-2025 in application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC read with Section 151 of CPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that order dated 29.08.2025 is disobeyed by the respondents. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the whole of this case with his able assistance. 4. A perusal of the file shows that application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC read with Section 151 of CPC was moved in Civil Suit No. 487-2025 wherein status quo qua the suit land was directed to be maintained. 5. Though the present petition is maintainable but the petitioners have remedy under Order 39 Rule 2 (A) of CPC which specifically order for the purposes of disobedience of any injunction granted or other order made under Rule 1 or 2.
