Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the Revision No. 1592/S.M./2022 (Fareeda Begum and another vs. Commissioner Vindhyanchal Mandal Mirzapur & Others) within a stipulated time and till the disposal of the aforesaid revision direct the respondents not to take any coercive step against the petitioner in pursuance of the recovery certificate dated 22.01.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra." 3. The petitioner has approached this court praying for a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the Revision No. 1592/S.M./2022 (Fareeda Begum and another vs. Commissioner Vindhyanchal Mandal Mirzapur & Others) under Rule 80 of the U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021, within a time bound period. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid revision, within a time bound period. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Special Secretary/Revisional Authority, Directorate of Geology and Mining, Lucknow, U.P. to decide the aforesaid revision of the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of production of a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Himanshu Srivastava, Madan Lal Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
