Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 184/2024, arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No.233 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.321 of 2024, for the offence under sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7388 of 2024 by order dated 27.08.2024. On 07.11.2023, dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Dacoits looted jewelries and other articles from there. It appears that petitioner was put on T.I.Parade and he has been identified by the witness. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
