He, therefore, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the petition. 3. The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 4. Needless to say, the petitioner, who is defending the abovesaid claim before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, is at liberty to put any such question or confront the witness with any such document, in accordance with law. 5.
