The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the Impugned Notice issued by Sub Divisional Magitrate, Tehsil Sikandarpur, District Bailla. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents no.5 & 6 not to interfere in peaceful functioning of Fishery work over the Arazi No. 213 area 1.716 Hectare situated at Village Sariyav Manoveer, Tehsil Sikadarpur, District Ballia. 2. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the prayer No.1 of the petition has now become infructuous. 4. Insofar as the prayer No.2 is concerned, after hearing counsel for the parties, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation ventilating all her grievances along with certified copy of this Court before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sikandarpur District Ballia within two weeks from today. The respondent No.3 will pass appropriate order in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter strictly in accordance with law. 5.
