The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue an order or direction to direct to decide the P.A. case No. 7 of 2018 (Smt. Rehana Rahman Vs. Anwarul Hasan and Others) u/s 21 (1) (A) U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 pending before the A.C.J.M. Court No. 17, Allahabad expeditiously preferably within period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that case under Section 21 (1)(A) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 at the instance of petitioner is pending before the prescribed authority since 4.7.2018. He further placed the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to A.C.J.M. Court No. 17, Allahabad to consider Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Parvez Ahmad Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt. Rehana Rahman .....Petitioner(s) Anwarul Hasan And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) and decide the aforementioned case No. 7 of 2018 (Smt. Rehana Rahman Vs. Anwarul Hasan and Others) u/s 21 (1) (A) of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
