Heard Sri Aditya Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Ms. Sakshi Shukla holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla for the respondent nos. 4 & 5. The present petition has been filed challenging the recovery citation dated 25.07.2025 as well as the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the respondent no. 5. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed an objections dated 11/18.08.2025 and 1.9.2025 against the alleged recovery initiated against him before the respondent no. 4. In view of the relief claimed by the petitioner, I do not intend to call for counter affidavit in the matter. In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 4 to accord consideration to the petitioner's objection, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order within a period of four weeks, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a photocopy of his representation/objection, before him.
