The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent herein is illegally constructing a commercial complex in the lands belonging to the temple, without any approval from the temple authorities. Therefore, the petitioner made several representation to the respondents 1 to 4. However, no order was passed by them. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the above said prayer. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation in the manner known to law. 5. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the parties concerned and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
