Petitioner alleges that without any authority of law respondents have utilized his land for construction of road and, therefore, he is entitled to compensation. 2. It appears that the claim of petitioner has already been rejected by the Committee constituted to look into such issues. An order dated 21.06.2024 is on record, which is not under challenge. This order clearly records that construction of road is on the state land and is not on the petitioner's land. If that be so, petitioner's grievance in respect of compensation can only be examined by the competent civil court. No direction in the writ petition is called for. 3.
