This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "direct the learned court concerned to immediately passed the order on the interim application which is pending since 2011 in the Original Suit No. 1060 of 2011 simultaneously protect the interest of petitioners regarding the house in question, during the pendency of Original Suit No.1060 of 2011 (Ram Babu and others Versus Gopal Das and others) which is pending before the court of learned Fast Track Court, Allahabad; issue a order or direction restraining the respondents not to dispossess the plaintiffs/petitioners from the house in question till the disposal of Original Suit No.1060 of 2011 (Ram Babu and others Versus Gopal Das and others)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2011, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Fast Track Court, Allahabad to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
