Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5), of the B.N.S. and Sections 66B, 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 06.02.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the forest near village- Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
