The petitioner was granted Interim Bail by this Court and by that time, the police had filed charge-sheet bearing No. 65/2025 dated 21.05.2025. Since charge-sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court within next 10(ten) days from today and on his appearance, he shall be release on bail of Rs 25,000/- (Rs Twenty Five Thousand Only) with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court in connection with Biswanath Chariali Police Station case No. 61/2025, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 30/2025.
