It is submitted that the petitioner had also filed a civil suit for injunction vide O.S.No.91 of 2023 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle and permanent injunction is granted against the respondent Nos.6 to 9 in the said suit. That being so, the respondent Nos.6 to 13 are instigating the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to interfere with the petitioner’s possession and also calling the petitioner to the police station. 2. without any rhyme or any reason. 3.
