Learned Assistant Advocate General submits that the pension alongwith due and admissible arrears in terms of the PPO shall be released in favour of the petitioner within six weeks. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Taking note of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition stands redressed.
