Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 09.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31683 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed that the orders of this Court are complied with by the respondents. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.
