Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Tarun Gaur, Learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- (i) "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the revision No. 2101 of 2022 (Darshan Das alias Deepan Das vs. Jangi and others) under section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iii) Award the costs of the writ petition to the petitioners." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed on behalf of the petitioner, is pending before the respondent no. 1 Board of Revenue U.P. at Lucknow, since 2022. He further placed the order-sheet of pending proceeding in order to demonstrate the matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Beerendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Darshan Das Alias Deepan Das .....Petitioner(s) Board Of Revenue U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) no. 1 Board of Revenue to decide the aforementioned proceeding expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties.
