The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to put the petitioner in possession of land bearing Gata Nos. 648 and 649, situate at Village Mau B, Teshil Karvi, District Chitrakoot, and to restrain the respondent no.4 from interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be a purchaser of the aforesaid land. An application in this regard is stated to have been submitted before the respondent no.2. The relief which is being sought would involve adjudication of disputed questions of fact relating to rights and title of the parties in respect of the immovable property, and it would be beyond the scope of the administrative powers to be exercised by the concerned respondent authorities.
