By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.3 to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 03/08/2024 for correction of name of the petitioner in the revenue record of the land bearing old Khasra No.1/5, new Khasra No.23, Rakba 1.01 hectare situated at village Chandanpur, Tahsil-Ramanujganj, District: Balrampur, C.G. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the application before the respondent No.3/Tahsildar under Section 115 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 and though the application has filed him on 03/08/2024, but the said application has not been decided by the Tahsildar till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the said application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the respondent No.3, the same shall be considered and necessary order will be passed in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings & documents. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the State/respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a 3 direction to the respondent No.3/Tahsildar to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 03/08/2024 and necessary order be passed in accordance with law within a period of two months. 6.
