Upon due consideration, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.1/District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Allahabad to decide the Execution Case bearing Misc. Case No. 02 of 2022 arising out Complaint Case No. 238 of 2021(Gulfam Rashid vs. Indo Star Capital Finance Limited) within a period of three months from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
