1. The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to release the detenue, who is in the illegal custody of respondent No.4 & 6 and to be handed over to the petitioner.
2. In compliance of order dated 10.09.2025, status report by way of an affidavit of Faisal Khan, IPS, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Ellenabad, District Sirsa, filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3-State is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue has been recovered and the matter has been compromised between the parties and she does not press the present petition.
