By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent to allow the petitioner for submitting the application form as in service candidate and also grant age relaxation for participation in Chhattisgarh State Services Examination for the session 2024-25 pursuant to the advertisement dated 26-11-2024. 2. As per the interim order dated 2-1-2025 passed by this Court the petitioner participated in the Preliminary Examination on 9-2-2025 2 conducted by the CG PSC, however, in the said examination the petitioner was declared unsuccessful. 3. In view of the foregoing, as far as the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach this Court again, if cause of action survives in future.
