Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to quash the N.B.W. order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Complaint Case No.979 of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.12, Azamgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided purely on merits.
