Shashank Singhal and Others) under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and also the earlier order dated 30.09.2023 passed under Section 24 of the Revenue Code, 2006. On being pointed out by learned counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondents that order passed in the appeal would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
