CMP No.7220 of 2025. Application has been filed for release of the deposited amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh) in the Registry of this Court, in compliance to the order dated 15.10.2024. It is pointed out from the said order that the said deposit was on account of testing the bonafide of the petition filed towards the cost, which was to be paid by the official respondents, in case the petitioners failed in the main petition. It is pointed out that the petition was allowed and was disposed of on merits, by directing respondents No.1 to 3 to re-tender the remaining work of Up-gradation of Matiana-Mahori to Chhaila Road. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the amount deposited is to be refunded back to the petitioners in terms of the order dated 15.10.2024. Counsel for the State also does not have any objections to the application being allowed. Application is accordingly disposed of. (G.S.
