Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since in the present case, the evidence of the plaintiff has been led and the case is now fixed for defendant’s evidence, thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas which are available to him during the course of trial, in accordance with law. 3.
