This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the recall restoration application Case No. RST/02270/2019, Computerized Case No. C201905000002270 (Dinesh Kumar Vs. Daroga and others), under section-229Kha of U.P. Z.A.L.R. Act, 1950 within specific period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a recall application in proceedings under Section 229B of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Additional Commissioner, Administration IIIrd, Division Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur to decide the recall application Case No. RST/02270/2019, Computerized Case No. C201905000002270 (Dinesh Kumar Vs. Daroga and others), under section 229B of U.P. Z.A.L.R. Act, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
