By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the show cause notice dated 02.01.2025, by which the Tahsildar is seeking explanation from the petitioner regarding his illegal encroachment over the government grass land bearing Khasra No. 140 area 2.630 hect situated at Village Khajri, Patwari Halka No. 18, Tahsil Seepat, District Bilaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has replied the show cause notice dated 02.01.2025 vide Annexure P-2 and the fine amount has also been deposited. 3. Learned State counsel submits that show cause notice dated 02.01.2025 has already been replied and Tahsildar will pass 3 appropriate orders in accordance with law by considering the reply of the show cause notice submitted by the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Looking to the submission made by the State counsel, as reply to the show cause notice has already been filed, Tahsildar, Seepat is directed to consider the reply filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of 50 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
