This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "a) issue a order or direction, directing to the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to decide the stay application 6C in original suit in case no. 982 of 2025, 'Vimala Devi and others Versus Dayaram and others' pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur and till then further may be pleased to restraining the respondent/defendants nos. 1 to 4 not to interfere in the peaceful occupation and possession over the said Avadi land of the petitioner's as possible on the next Fixed situated in Sakin Mauza Chhadan, Pargana Gadwara, Tehsil Machhali Shahar, District Jaunpur." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned 6C application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), City, Jaunpur to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
