This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction thereby directing to the respondent no.1/ S.D.M Court Dhampur, District Bijnor to hear and decide the case no. 13685 of 2024 (Computer Case no. T202413160313685) "Pooran Singh Vs. Gokal Singh and others "u/s 116 of Uttar Pradesh revenue code Act, 2006 (revenue rules, 2006), expeditiously, within stipulated time period or if possible within some stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that partition suit filed under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 1 since 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 1 to decide the Case No. 13685 of 2024 (Computer Case No. T202413160313685) "Pooran Singh Vs. Gokal Singh and others , in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
