Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 12.08.2025 being Case Crime No. 312 of 2025 U/s 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
