Subsequently, the investigation was completed, and charge sheet was laid before the learned Additional Civil Judge Court (Junior Division), Palakol, on 08.06.2019 vide C.C.No.236 of 2024, and the writ petition has become infructuous, and necessary orders may be passed. 4. The writ petition was filed as police did not register a case basing on the report of the petitioner dated 16.03.2019. 3 5. Recording the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
