Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 21.02.2025 being Case Crime No.0308 of 2025 U/s 318, 319, 336, 338, 340 B.N.S., 2023 and section 66- D IT Act, Police Station Kotwali Kumbh Mela, District Kumbh." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
